My Story

In February 2020 my amazing , loving , kind and caring Dad was diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, caused by Rheumatoid Arthritis. After a tremendous fight and 3 hospital admissions in the last year, he sadly passed away in March 2025. 

There is not enough awareness for this cruel disease. Money needs to be desperately ploughed into making oxygen therapy more accessible, lifestyle aids and further research. 

As my family and friends know, im no runner!!! Dad would laugh at the thought of me attempting to run, he'd have said I couldn't even run for a bus....so I'm going to try my best to complete Couch to 5k before the end of September! 

Please help me as I fundraise for Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis!!! Every penny really does count!!
